Brokerage (UCP Connections)


UCP Connections opened in December 2010 as the thirteenth Support Services brokerage in the State of Oregon. 

This program is designed to assist adults with developmental disabilities to identify and arrange the supports they need to thrive within their community and live the life they choose. 

UCP Connections does this by brokering services and resources that assist the people they serve to reach their goals, developing plans and individual budgets using person-centered planning techniques, monitoring the quality of services, providing technical assistance and education, acting as a Fiscal Intermediary, and coordinating the services and supports needed by their customers.
